Wimbledon Station is a 5 minute walk away from the front door. From there:
- The London Eye in around 15 minutes
- District Tube Line straight to Big Ben, South Kensington and the museums.
- Trams and buses
- 35 minutes to the West End and Buckingham Palace
Both Heathrow and Gatwick are easy, and if you do drive a car there's free parking at the property....try finding that in central London!

Town and village
Wimbledon is divided into two: the "town" which has very much the spirit of London with its large department stores, fashion, fashion shows, theatres and cinemas. The "village" is very much a typical English village; from church bells pealing to horses in the streets and riding stables to the vast expanse of Wimbledon Common - you'll experience a slice of a typical English village bang in the middle of London...how perfect is that?
