Changeover Day

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am (to allow for cleaning). There is some flexibility on these times only if there are no guests arriving or departing on the day of your arrival/departure. However, if you're arriving on an earlier flight or leaving on a later one, we can give you information where you can store your suitcases nearby so you don't have to worry about them.

The Property

The Townhouse has full central  heating and curtained windows for maximum privacy. Inside the Townhouse is 'no smoking'. The garden is completely fenced off.

• Adult groups: we're just 15 minutes from the London Eye and 30 minutes from Leicester Square - fantastic value for nights out in Central London at £26.00 per person per night for a group of 5
• A cot and a highchair are available at £30 each per stay
• Airport transfers can be arranged for £85

Booking Terms

Please note that these rates are for a maximum of 5 people. There is a surcharge of 15% for stays of less than 3 nights to compensate for extra cleaning costs.  30% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Payment is to a UK account by bank transfer or PayPal or Credit or Debit Card. Damage Deposit £ 80.00 fully refundable if there is no damage to the property.  £20.00 cleaning fee is charged per stay. Property bookable on-line. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in date
