A private townhouse a fifteen-minute walk from the All England Lawn Tennis Club — booked direct with the people who own it.

We’ve hosted Championships guests here for several years: ballot winners, debenture holders, queuers with camping chairs, families who come back the same fortnight every summer. The walk to Gate 3 takes about fifteen minutes, which means you can leave after breakfast and be in the grounds before play starts.
2027 Championships — 28 June to 11 July
2027 Championships availability: we have 30 June, 1st July and 9-11 July still available. Everything else is booked.
If those dates work, book them now — they won’t last, and we don’t hold dates without payment.
2028 — 3 to 16 July
Dates are confirmed and we’re taking bookings now. Our Championships fortnight sold out nearly a year ahead for 2027, so if you know you'll be here, securing the house early is the safe move - tickets can be sorted later, accommodation this close to the grounds can't.
Why book direct with us
- A better rate. No booking-site commission, and we pass the difference on.
- You're talking to the owners. Not a channel manager, not a call centre. If your flight moves or your ballot tickets land on different days, email us and we will work it out.
- We know the fortnight. Where to join the Queue and how early, which gate is quickest from our door, where to eat when everywhere in the Village is booked, how to get back after a late finish on Centre Court.
- No minimum stay, unlike the booking sites. Two nights for the finals weekend is fine.
The house

- Sleeps 5 — one bedroom, one bathroom, three beds. Everything is on one level.
- Private garden with patio, lawn and outdoor dining furniture
- Free off-street parking for one car
- Full kitchen, washer and dryer
- Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout
- Self check-in on your own schedule
- Quiet residential street, one minute from shops, cafés and pubs

Getting to the tennis
On foot: about 15 minutes to the All England Club.
The Queue: the Queue for same-day grounds passes forms in Wimbledon Park, entered from Wimbledon Park Road at the corner of Woodspring Road. From our door it’s a short walk, which matters more than it sounds when you’re setting off at 5am. We’ll tell you what to bring and when to leave.
Our full guide to Wimbledon Tennis has the ballot dates, the resale office trick and where to eat inside the grounds.
Getting into London afterwards: Wimbledon Station is five minutes away, with direct trains to Waterloo in around 15 minutes, plus the District line tube and trams.
Arriving: easy from Heathrow and Gatwick, and just off the M25 if you’re driving.
Questions we get asked
Do I need tickets to enjoy the fortnight?
No. Plenty of our guests come for the atmosphere — the Village, the Common, the big screen, the pubs. The Queue also releases grounds passes daily.
Can we check in late after an evening session?
Yes. The property is self check-in. The keys will be deposited in a key safe at the entrance so arrive whenever suits.
Can you hold dates?
No — dates are confirmed on payment, first come first served.
Do you take longer stays around the tennis?
Yes, and they’re often better value.
